Board of Amba Enterprises recommends Final Dividend

Amba Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.75 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
