Board of Worth Peripherals recommends Final Dividend

Worth Peripherals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
