Board of NIIT Learning Systems recommends Final Dividend

NIIT Learning Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3.25 per share (i.e.162.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
