Board of Magadh Sugar & Energy recommends final dividend

Magadh Sugar & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
