Alka India allots 15 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

Alka India has allotted 15 lakh equity shares of Re 1 each as fully paid up bonus shares in ratio of 6:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 65,00,000/- consisting of 65,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
