Vaxfab Enterprises allots 19.50 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Vaxfab Enterprises has allotted 19,50,348 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 11 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 25,46,89,250 /- comprising 2,54,68,925 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
