Economic Buzz: China's trade surplus widens to $84.8B in April

China's trade surplus landed at $84.82 billion in April, expanding compared to last month's $51.13 billion, the country's General Administration of Customs said on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the country's exports increased by 14.1% in dollar terms on an annual basis, with imports up by 25.3%, above analysts' projections.
