Board of India Motor Parts & Accessories recommends final dividend

India Motor Parts & Accessories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 23 per equity Share (i.e. 230%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
