Board of Bank of India recommends final dividend

Bank of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.65 per equity Share (i.e. 46.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
