At meeting held on 08 May 2026
The board of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings at its meeting held on 08 May 2026 has taken note of resignation of N Ganesh from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 14 June 2026.
The board has appointed Shyam Shankar as the CFO of the Company with effect from 15 June 2026:
