Board of Amrutanjan Health Care recommends Final Dividend

Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.2.90 per share (i.e.290%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
