Board of Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt recommends final dividend

Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 72 per equity Share (i.e. 7.2%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
