Board of Kalyani Steels recommends Final Dividend

Kalyani Steels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.10 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
