Shriram Finance allots 1.44 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Shriram Finance has allotted 1,44,142 equity shares under ESOS on 07 May 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.470,53,72,852/- to Rs.470,56,61,136/-.
