Just Dial allots 4,375 equity shares under ESOS

Just Dial has allotted 4,375 equity shares under ESOS on 07 May 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.85,04,90,320/- comprising of 8,50,49,032 equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each.
