Board of Harsha Engineers Intl. recommends final dividend

Harsha Engineers Intl. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
