Board of Vardhman Textiles recommends Final Dividend

Vardhman Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.5 per share (i.e.250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
