Board of Indoco Remedies recommends Final Dividend

Indoco Remedies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
