MCX Morning Wrap: Sentiments supportive for base metals, Zinc and Nickel up half a percent

Base metals are choppy today but overall mood is supportive. MCX Copper futures for May are trading at Rs 1213.45 per kg, up 0.40% on the day. The counter hit high of Rs 1315 per kg today, largely holding onto a 1.60% jump in last session. MCX Aluminum futures are flat at Rs 369.40 per kg. MCX Zinc futures rose 0.56% to trade at Rs 348.50 per kg. MCX Lead futures are trading at Rs 200.50 per kg, up 0.07% on the day. MCX Nickel futures gained 0.63% to trade at Rs 1847.50 per kg after falling 1.70% in last session.
