Board of Lloyds Engineering Works recommends Final Dividend

Lloyds Engineering Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.25 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
