GHCL allots 1.96 lakh equity shares under ESOP

GHCL has allotted 1,96,500 equity shares under ESOP on 05 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 92,13,06,550/- consisting of 9,21,30,655 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
