Board of Tata Technologies recommends final dividend

Tata Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8.35 per equity Share (i.e. 417.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
