Board of Bharat Heavy Electricals recommends Final Dividend

Bharat Heavy Electricals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.40 per share (i.e.70%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
