Hero MotoCorp allots 3,161 equity shares under ESOP

Hero MotoCorp has allotted 3,161 equity shares under the Employee Incentive Scheme 2014. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,01,85,876 divided into 20,00,92,938 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each.
