Board of Central Depository Services (India) recommends final dividend

Central Depository Services (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12.75 per equity Share (i.e. 127.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
