Board of India Shelter Finance Corp. recommends Final Dividend

India Shelter Finance Corp. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.10 per share (i.e.200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
