Board of Vardhman Acrylics recommends Final Dividend

Vardhman Acrylics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
