Tech Mahindra allots 1.12 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra has allotted 1,12,907 equity shares under ESOP on 01 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 97,99,54,159 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
