AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.96 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,96,822 equity shares under ESOP on 30 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 7,48,35,87,890 to Rs. 7,48,55,56,110.
