Angel One allots 11.39 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Angel One has allotted 11,39,549 equity shares under Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 on 30 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 911,998,779 comprising of 911,998,779 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each.
