Board of Kajaria Ceramics recommends Final Dividend

Kajaria Ceramics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.6 per share (i.e.600%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
