Board of GHCL Textiles recommends Final Dividend

GHCL Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.60 per share (i.e.30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
