Board of Bajaj Finserv recommends Final Dividend

Bajaj Finserv announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.150%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
