Copper off two-week low

Copper recovered after testing two-week low yesterday but lingered around $6 per pound amid mixed equities. The counter currently trades up marginally at $5.99 per pound. Asian shares were mixed today. China's Shanghai Composite index rose 0.71% while Hong Kong?s Hang Seng index jumped 1.68%. Japan?s Nikkei average dropped 1%. European stocks eased. UK?s FTSE index added around half a percent. The US stocks moved mostly lower on Tuesday. The major averages all moved to the downside on the day, with the tech-heavy Nasdaq showing a tumble of 0.90%.
