MCX Aluminium trying to stabilize after plummeting in last session
29-Apr-2026 | 14:52
MCX Aluminium is attempting a rebound today after falling sharply in last session. Benchmark aluminium prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) lost 2.43% on the day, giving up after recent surge as stable inventories and worries over Chinese economic outlook weighed on the metal. Stable equities are capping the losses though and Copper remains steady, offering a support to the entire metals complex. MCX Aluminium futures are trading at Rs 367.65 per kg, up 0.45% on the day after a tepid start. The counter lost around 2.60% in last session with a massive 52% jump in volume and 8.40% surge in open interest.
