Hind Rectifiers allots 4,625 equity shares under ESOP

Hind Rectifiers has allotted 4,625 equity shares under ESOP on 29 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,87,44,478/- divided in to 3,43,72,239 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
