HDFC Bank allots 3.83 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 3,83,322 equity shares under ESOS on 29 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,39,55,35,906 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
