SBI Cards allots 2,000 equity shares under ESOP

SBI Cards & Payment Services has allotted 2,000 equity shares under ESOP on 28 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 9,51,60,53,890 /- consisting of 95,16,05,389 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
