Phoenix Mills allots 5,844 equity shares under ESOP

Phoenix Mills has allotted 5,844 equity shares under ESOP on 28 April 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 71,52,80,950 consisting of 35,76,40,475 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
