Board of Greenply Industries recommends Final Dividend

Greenply Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.5 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
