Board of Motherson Sumi Wiring India recommends final dividend

Motherson Sumi Wiring India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.58 per equity Share (i.e. 58%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
