Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services allots NCDs of Rs 500 cr

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has allotted 50,000 Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 per debenture, issued at par, aggregating to subscription amount of Rs. 500 crore on private placement basis.
