MCX Morning Wrap: Metals choppy, Zinc tanks more than 1%

Base metals saw a very choppy movement today. MCX Copper futures for May are trading at Rs 1292.60 per kg, down 0.30% on the day. The counter failed to break above Rs 1300 per kg in early moves and slipped thereafter. MCX Aluminum futures dipped 0.48% at Rs 373.90 per kg. MCX Zinc futures fell 1.10 to trade at Rs 342.60 per kg. MCX Lead futures are trading at Rs 198.85 per kg, down 0.10% on the day. MCX Nickel futures eased 0.12% to trade at Rs 1807.60 per kg.
