Board of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank recommends final dividend

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
