Vaxfab Enterprises allots 13.18 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Vaxfab Enterprises has allotted 13,18,550 equity shares on conversion of warrants. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 23,51,85,770 /- comprising 2,35,18,577 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/ each.
