Board of Chalet Hotels approves acquisition of Seasons Hotels

The board of Chalet Hotels at its meeting held on 24 April 2026 has approved the acquisition of Seasons Hotels, owning company of a 144 room hotel viz. Inder Residency Resort & Spa, Udaipur in the state of Rajasthan for a consideration of Rs.171 crore.
