Board of UTI Asset Management Company recommends final dividend

UTI Asset Management Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 40 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
