SPML Infra allots 42.44 lakh equity shares on exercise of rights attached to warrants

SPML Infra has allotted 42,44,844 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/ each at a price of Rs. 215/ per equity share including premium of Rs. 213/- per equity share, on preferential basis to Promoter Group and non-promoters upon exercise of rights attached to 42,44,844 warrants .
