Manoj Ceramic allots 1 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Manoj Ceramic has allotted 1,00,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 22 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,80,70,000/- consisting of 1,38,07,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
