Gayatri Projects allots 16.81 cr equity shares on preferential basis

Gayatri Projects has allotted 16,81,00,315 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 10 per share aggregating to Rs 168.10 crore on preferential basis. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 46,42,99,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
